By completing a transaction on this web site the purchaser agrees to all of the terms of sale listed below. 

All purchases made by Connecticut state residents are subject to the 6.35% state sales tax. The purchaser is responsible for reporting and paying all local applicable taxes not collected by Langton’s Rare Coin and Currency LLC.

The purchaser agrees that any item sold by Langton’s Rare Coin and Currency LLC is not sold as an investment and is not marketed as an investment. Langton’s Rare Coin and Currency makes no guarantee or warranty that any item purchased will rise in value. 

The purchaser agrees to pay all costs, including Attorneys' fees and court costs, incurred by Langton’s Rare Coin and Currency LLC or its assignee's in enforcing any part of these terms of sale.

The purchaser consents to the jurisdiction of any court within the state of Connecticut for action arising from this transaction. 

Grading is subjective and different people can grade differently.  The condition of any numismatic item sold in “raw ungraded” format on this website represents the opinion of Langton’s Rare Coin and Currency and is not a warranty of any kind. ALL COINS AND NOTES ARE SOLD ON AN 'AS IS' BASIS. LANGTON’S RARE COIN AND CURRENCY LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY.

Third party grading companies can have different grading standards and submission acceptability criteria.  Langton’s Rare Coin and Currency LLC grade does not guarantee any grade at any third party grading company.

Langton’s Rare Coin and Currency LLC reserves the right to resell any item that is not paid in full within 5 business days of order or paid in full according to any prearranged payment plan.  All items purchased via payment plans will ship upon completion of full payment to Langton’s Rare Coin and Currency LLC.

Merchandise sold remains the property of Langton’s Rare Coin and Currency LLC until payment is received in full. The purchaser shall not sell, use as collateral, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of merchandise until paid in full.

Langton’s Rare Coin and Currency LLC sole liability for any claim shall be no greater than the purchase price of the merchandise with respect to which a claim is made after such merchandise is returned to Langton’s Rare Coin and Currency LLC.

There will be a 3% restocking fee for all returns purchased with a credit card or PayPal.

Items removed from their holders are not eligible for return. 

Langton's Rare Coin and Currency LLC shall not be held liable for any bodily harm or negative effects that may arise from handling of merchandise.  This includes harm to self, others, and/or property.

Langton’s Rare Coin and Currency LLC will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or links on this site.
