June 19, 1776 Connecticut 5 Shilling Note CT-212. This Connecticut denomination is rare and often found in terrible condition making this one a great addition to any colonial collection. This note is slight slash cancel with a small corner missing but that is to be expected from a note produced during the revolutionary war. It has some embossing still present with readable serial number and signatures. Overall a very pleasing note.
