Fr. 1328 Hand Signed 50¢ Third Issue Spinner Note- Fine. This note has seen some circulation but is still in very good shape. The bronzing is starting to green a little but still it’s a fantastic note for the Hand signed fractional collector. This note has very clear "A265" surcharges on the reverse.
