Fr 1273-5 spwmb 15¢ Grant/Sherman Fractional Currency Third Issue PMG CU64 Net would be a Gem if it was trimmed closer to cut out the previous mounting although I would not reccomend it.  The note is sealed in the holder upside down.  This note has perfect embossing and looks like it was printed last week and not a century and a half ago.  This note is famous for being printed in limited quantities and only in specimen format. This note was a victim of Congress' laws preventing living humans from being represented on coins or currency after Spencer Clark placed his own portrait on the 5 cent note.  Certification # 1625944-014
