Early American Legal Document regarding a flock of sheep

A contemporary legal response in dispute of a flock of sheep.  Contains a partial watermark on the bottom and the paper is missing pieces with some bleeding of ink, which is not uncommon for early legal documents that were entirely handwritten in quill pens and dipped ink.

It reads

Action Cook (??)]
