Aug 17, 1790 Hand Written CT Colonial Note from Ralph Pomeroy Serial #3

Handwritten Pay Table Office notes from Connecticut are rare but one signed by both Peter Colt and Ralph Pomeroy should command a second look. Made payable to William Judd in the staggering amount of 721 Pounds 5 shillings and 2 pence which was a very substantial sum in 1790.  Handwritten serial number 3 for those looking for a low serial numbers in colonial notes which is very difficult to find.
