50 cent Fractional look-a-like National College Bank - New Haven CT. Very nice note with minor rust marks. Very rare note that only really pops up in auctions in fractional form. Used to train future bank tellers at the college, this note was made to look like the vignette of "Columbia" as the Fourth Issue Fractional notes.
