This is one of the few real collectible notes form this bank as most notes from this bank are listed as SENC or are simply contemporary counterfeits.  This proof has a local theme with a vignette of General Wooster centered and a vignette of the Wooster monument to the right and contemporary factory worker on the left.  Graded PMG62 with minor tears noted that are very difficult to notice and has the appearance of a higher graded note.
