1863 Oswego, NY M.L. Marshall Token

1863 Oswego, NY M.L. Marshall Token.    The token prominently displays a fish on the obverse of the coin surrounded by the text “M.L. Marshall Oswego, NY”.  The reverse text reads “Toys, Fancy Goods, fishing Tackle, and Rare Coin”.  Die 30790 NY-695-A.  This token is rate R1 but even though common, it’s hard to find due to its high popularity because of the merchant’s odd offerings depicted on the reverse.  Because when you think of Fishing Tackle you of course think of rare coins.
