March 1, 1780 Connecticut 2 Shilling 6 Pence Note CT-221
March 1, 1780 Connecticut 2 Shilling 6 Pence Note CT-221. This Connecticut denomination is rare and often found in terrible condition making this one a great addition to any colonial collection. This note is hole punched canceled (as almost all are from this series) with a minor edge tear but that is to be expected from a note produced during the revolutionary war. It has some embossing still present with readable serial number and signatures. Overall a very pleasing note.
