Fr 60 1917 Two Dollar Legal Tender Note - Crisp Uncirculated
Fr 60 1917 Two Dollar Legal Tender Note
This is a spectacular example of a 1917 Large Size Legal Tender Note. This note is as crisp as the day it was printed, free from all folds, stains, or pinholes. It was boldy printed with dark inking present on the ornate designs on both the obverse and reverse. This note is commonly referred to as a “bracelet” note due to the ornate design on the reverse. The obverse displays vignette a portrait of Thomas Jefferson that we are all familiar with to the left, the US Capitol building in the center, and a small ornate style red scalloped US Treasury seal to the right.
